Drop Box Instructions

In order to complete the processing of your visa application, please collect all of the documents requested on the instruction sheet provided to you at your interview or previous drop box submission. When you have assembled these documents, place them in the envelope supplied to you and submit the envelope at the Consular Services window outside the Embassy on any (non-holiday) Sunday through Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. You may deliver your drop box submission personally or have someone do so on your behalf.

You will be advised of the date when the results of your drop box submission will be available for pick up from the Embassy, usually on Thursdays between 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

You may pick up the results of your drop box submission personally or another person may pick the results up for you upon presentation of your receipt and your passport.

If your submission meets the requirements for issuance of an immigrant visa, you will receive your immigrant visa on that same day. If your submission does not meet all of the requirements for issuance, you will be given written instructions on what additional documents are needed to complete your submission.
